Turbo back exhausts and sensors

Thinking of going for a 3" turbo back exhaust. What happens to the existing 2 lambda sensors? Is there normally a spigot hole in the exhausts or are they blanked off?

Currently have standard exhaust with just ninja back box

What model?
I just fitted a turbo back and screwed the lambda straight in no cel light nothing and the other has a blanking plug in
