Hello mate,
Google opie oils and give them a bell, lot of people use different oils but opie will advise. I use millers CFS 5-40. They also sell plugs. Turbo timer is a nice gadget but not a must IMHO.
Regards
Neil

Is the car tracked?
How many miles has it done?
What oil is it running now?
All of the above will help determine but there is no such thing as 'the best' oil.
Just note that many respected engine builders advise an oil no thinner than a 10w, so 10w40, 10w50, 15w50 will all be ok. Synthetic is better than semi synthetic but will cost a little more.
If you are looking to buy local today then there is no way any of us can tell you which oil to go for, as we don't know what will be available!
I'd also recommend a black genuine Subaru oil filter but I doubt you will get one in time for tomorrow.
A little planning next time will help!

As for example 0w-40, 5w-40, 10w-40 and 15w-40 are all the SAME HOT VISCOSITY. i.e when HOT 5w-40 is not thinner than 15w-40, its the same.
The only differece is cold viscosity (below 40degreesC) where thinner is better. And cold viscosity is thousands times thicker than when its warm. So the first two digits are irelevant at normal operating temepratures.
What is critical IMO is what type of oil it is. Synthetic or semi-synthetic.
Point to note is MOST mainstream 10w-40 oils are semi-synthetic (Shell, Castrol, Mobil-one etc), as its a easier viscocity to manufacture with cheap oil. Whereas almost all 5w-40 and 10w-50 oil are fully synthetic.
Also worthy of noting is oils with extended life ratings/approvals from other car manufacturers usually indicates a better quality oil: Particularly BMW LL04, VW 507.00 or Dexos 2 approvals usually mean its a good oil that handles contamination well (fuel, acids, moisture etc) meaning it maintains its viscosity and lubrication ability better. So having those approvals does mean alot.
