Evening all. Didn't really know where to start but thought I'd introduce myself first as I have landrovers aswel and on that forum they like an introduction before asking for help etc. lol
Any who, I have taken the plunge after years of admiration and bought myself a MY05 blob eye in black. Absolutely stunning motor and thoroughly enjoy driving it. A big difference from my usual old clapped out land rovers. Haha. The names Nick and from the Liverpool area by the way. Thanks all an I look forward to sharing problems an solutions with you all.

Cheers lads. As I say it's my scooby but I'm pretty good with cars and sure ill soon pick it up. I once never knew anythin about land rovers but some wat of an expert now. Try do break a hell of a lot. Haha.

Hi Nick, I used to do a bit of off roading, Gary Rothwell (the stunt rider) who I used to buy quads and bikes off showed me the way. He was quite well known on the scene a few years back but not to sure these day's.

Any how, back to Subaru, whats the spec of your car, ie wrx sti standard or fire breathing rally car.

 

He's off the scene a bit nowadays. His shop used to be round the corner from me, closed down now. Few lads have opened it up specialising in off road land rovers. Any who, It's a 2005 blob eye sti with uprated fuel pump, big injectors, k&n and big bov and a remap to 330bhp. Lowered 40mm and a mahoooosive exhaust system. All black and all blacked out and a bloody lovely looking thing. Goes like the clappers too.

That we have mate. I love the thing. Got me mate to blame for that, he bought one and then I just had to! Despite wat the missus thought. Ha
