While the Scoob is away being sorted, spoke to Tim regarding tweaking the daily driver a mk4 golf tdi 150. Always been a bit dubious about diesel remaps but thought its worth a punt, well Tim worked him magic and its fandabadozy pulls so much better in gear and all the way to the redline.

I asked for a mild map so running around 180ish bhp but Tim can push further if you want, as a bonus I have a hard cut petrol style limiter and and launch control. My nephew tagged along in his mk5 golf gtd 140 which was also mapped to around 180bhp and he is similarly impressed with the change, pleasure to meet you today Tim and keep up the good work

Added a panel filter yesterday, throttle response is even better now. Might even got as far as a decat lol

I'm considering a 180bhp bi turbo transporter that should tweak to over 200bhp

 

I remapped my Mercedes Vito and it made a big difference in power and fuel economy, well worth doing TBH.
