Default HELP with engine squeal please!!!

Hey guys, I know you guys are a great help before a trip to my garage. Il give you a quick rundown on my 03 wrx bulbeye ........ I had a big engine rebuild recently and everything is FINE (touch wood) ......The whole engine was stripped, bored, had all new uprated parts etc, this was a few months ago. I recently took my car to have a light pulse of water underneath the car to clean off excess mud dirt grit etc. And over the last week or so iv been getting plasticy timed squeak coming from around my belts and wheels at the front (this only happens on a cold/settled start) and after a short journey at running temp it's ok no sign of it! ...... now, i think iv located it, and it might be the biggest wheel just under the black plastic air intake. I did notice that the wheel seems to flow a little wonky and the centre bolt rotates a little wobbly. Now, tomorrow when my engine is cool enough to work with, should I consider giving that centre bolt a very slight turn to see if it's loosened?? Shall I attempt this before going to the garage as they're very busy and a nightmare to get a slot. ...... I got some wurl spray from a buddy of mine specifically for these engine parts to try, but what if the bolt is cross threaded? Can I take it off and reposition it properly?? (I'm not so knowledgeable about cars and come with extreme caution) but if im fine to do this I will. ..... Thanks guys )
