Default Blobeye Suitable Offsets

I have a 2004 Wrx Sti with standard wheels. I'm looking at upgrading the wheels to 18 inch but am wondering what offsets I need to be looking at to clear the brembo calipers. I am looking on eBay and there seems to be sea of wheels with different offsets which are 7.5J and 8J. Any help will be appreciated!

Well the prodrive pff7's which I had on my old 2003 sti were 18 x 8 et48 and we're a perfect fit

On my hawk just now I have turini 18x8 et45 and are a great fit

Stuff like et35 are more of an aggressive setup and could rub
