Hi all, I have a 1998 subaru impreza turbo 2l awd classic and appear to have a part missing. It is located directly above the rear number plate. It is a rectangular sized strip. I have 2 lights above that, but are there more lights there or is it just the standard manufacturing? Any ideas?

It's normal,it's not like other cars that have it solid with the 2 lights part of the bumper.
