Don't forget if you email almost any company they usually take up to 10 days for a standard reply. People need to relax and not stress so much when you don't get a reply within the first hour!

I phoned Godspeed, spoke to Ian, got a cracking price and the brakes and discs turned up 2 days later. Perfect.

Yeah but I work in noisey workshop and don't get the chance to phone hence why I emailed and pm'd. Got a reply now so happy days.

 

What if you don't have the time to make a phone call and/or only want a price for something you may not buy?

 

Then you go into the bottom of the email pile and will gat atended to eventually

Unless you deal with a big company woth lots of telephone operators
then you pay higher prices as your Paying for more staff and over heads
