My car is a black bugeye o8v colour code but the bonnet needs painting badly now I've painted the wheels satin black so I'm wondering if a satin black bonnet would look good on the black theme?

 

Personally I'm not one for different coloured bonnets (even if CF). I think it makes the car look cosmetically unbalanced.

An idea though

There's been some requests for photoshop-ed wheels so an owner can get an image of the end result.
Perhaps get a pic of the car up and ask if someone can Ps the bonnet as per wheels ?

 

I think satin black when the rest of the car is gloss would just look like you'd pranged the car and not had the money to get the bonnet painted after...which I'm pretty sure isn't the look you're after! Each to their own but I'm not convinced it would work unless you had wide arches etc which made it pretty obvious it was intentional...

I agree get a look at what it will look like . It's your car , but me i don't like different colours. But that's just me . Have seen lots of Subaru's going for the mat black bonnet & so on . Looks ok . But said it before it would be boring if we all liked the same .

 

No need for photoshop mate as I can tell you what it'll look like...
