Default price guide blobeye sti wide track 33k miles

hi guys I need abit off advice , iv been planning to put my wide track up for sale but I'm thinking what price to put her up for as the price is all over the place in autotrader n ph , it's got 33k miles , new tiers ,brakes , clutch ,cam-belt ,service all done less then 2000 miles ago , the car is in excellent condition, I was thinking 9995 but is that to high, any advice would be appreciated , btw it's a my05 wide track in wr blue

I think it's a bit high, £9k tops i'd say, but always worth a punt, someone might pay it the way prices are at the minute and folks like Cheshire performance buying everything and asking silly money yours might look cheap at £10k.
