Coming back from Yorkshire on Saturday evening and came across a green MY99 with alernating flashing brake lights! It had just pulled over a Rover convertible around Leicester Forest.

Good job I hadn't left a few minutes earlier or he would have stopped me for excessive waving/flashing

This is the second time in the last year that I have ssen this car in the same area - be warned!
