I have very dark metallic grey PFF7's on my black 03 STi and they look great. Before that, they were satin black but they always seemed to look dirty and seemed to emphasise if the tyres had not been cleaned for a while.
For the new colour, I prepped and sprayed them myself using Nissan dark grey C2
No photo's unfortunately.
