proud new owner at 19
As of yesterday I became the proud new owner of my first scooby at 19. I've wanted one since I was 10 so I thought now is the time to get one and 500 miles later.and I absolutely love it to bits! I bought a 52 plate wrx I will upload pictures very soon!

The insurance must be killing you guys.
I was paying £2500 a year for an EVO when I was 19, and that was 12 years ago.

You said 'probably' which imply's 'more than likely'
I paid less than 500quid to insure my wrx at 22yrs old on my own policy. Although in your defense, i have saw some ridiculous quotes for young drivers on here!

Jammy git! However respect for having the wherewithal to buy and a run a Scooby. At nineteen I was busting around in my dad's Toyota.
I'd take up Matty's offer. You'll be in good hands.

I can understand the shock tbh,a lot of the wrx's do get imported as GL's so makes them easy to insure. Don't know how they get away with importing them on false details?
Plus my sister inlaw is paying neary 2 gran for a yaris aged 19.
Well done tho mate for shopping around for a great deal.
And welcome to the crazy world of scoobynet
