Default Simon (Jolly Green Monster) - it's not just Subaru's

Massive thanks to Simon for mapping my Evo 6 today.

The car doesn't have a boost controller fitted yet, so it was more of a safety map.

Lucky he did it.... as it was running very lean.

Only got an extra 6bhp, but a big increase in torque (extra 30lbft), which is very good considering it's only running standard boost.

However, the difference in the way it drives is amazing. Pulls a lot harder, and is so smooth to drive. It's completely changed to car for the better.

Very very impressed and happy, and once I put my hand in my pocket and get a an AVCR I'll be back to Simon to turn the boost up.

Once again, thanks mate, very happy

loads of roms available for them

www.geekmapped.com

a lot of the mappers (and some tuners) user the custom roms as a starting point and then tweak from there (dual maps etc)

No ecutek fee, but as a lot of the mappers are hobbyists (some very capable - I had my evo tweaked as it had a bit of det from a map by a well known tuner) you take your chances
