Still works out at £450ish when you factor in decent new discs to go with, but not sure what the 'black' Brembos go for?

People are still asking £350, more in some cases for used ones, so that is a bargain in reality with pads for a new set of calipers.
Black and gold same thing different colours.

Delivery mileage, few marks and scratches
Really, I see gold ones go for £450 inc discs and pads albeit not as fresh as above ones

I'm trying to justify buying them when I don't need them just yet, but if a billy bargain then I'm all for it

They started at the same price but went down to £340, I think.

Bought a set of them after seeing Troopers first post about these (thanks for that
Arrived bloody quickly, they were in very good condition (pads were barely used but I went with a Godspeed option)
And yes I know I need new nuts

Am I right in thinking these are actually the same as the gold Brembos and so will fit fine in my Blob WRX?

yes.
The front black calipers are identical bar the colour from the gold ones , the will fit all the later WRX's , but your standard wheels spokes will foul on the front face of the calipers , you will need to fit wheel spacers to clear the standard wheels.
If you have after market wheels it might not be an issue.
You will also need to fit the STi discs and pads as the WRX ones are smaller
Hope this helps
Cheers Ian

Didn't realise they'd foul the wheels so will have to address that when I come to fit them.
You sell disks that will suit these in WRX PCD don't you?

Just to add , the later hatch black 2 pot brembo calipers are different to the gold ones , the black ones don't fit , only the Gold earlier ones will fit , to make them match you would need to buy the gold ones , and paint them
The bolts for the front calipers are M12mm with a 1.5mm pitch

Yes we can supply you discs , the PCD you need is 5 x 100mm , which the 2001 to 2004 STi also had , its only from 2005 they changed the STI PCD to 5 x 114mm
Cheers Ian

No worries Ian, thanks. I've had disks and pads from you in the past, albeit a couple of years ago now.
I'm not that fussy, so I'll probably just pair these with gold rears!
