Default interesting little thing. worth a punt?

just seen this on ebay


its a universal type thing but obviously would fit where the link at the back off the engine bellow the inter cooler goes

quite a bit cheeper than the other ones on the market though

The pitch mount/dog bone.
But is it the right length?
Ask yourself why is it so cheap?

its cheep because its produced for a lot more cars than just the one application

its got an adjustment ring the changes its lenght

That has no bushings at all, it will send so many vibrations through the car, will be unbearable. I used a solid alloy pitch fork with poly bushes and had to remove it after a day because it was too harsh...that thing will be awful.

Does it not absorb vibrations through the damper part?

The normal items are bushed at each end, which reduces far more vibration than a lump of polybush in a metal tube. The eye on each end will be metal to metal when fitted to a Scoob, the noise and vibration will be horrendous.l.
