Default Exhaust Leak Test

Hi

Does anyone know somewhere, or someone I can take my car to for an Exhaust leak test? Something that does not involve some numpty looking at it and saying "nah mate, just a loud car innit."

I'm in Hemel, Hertfordshire. My car is failing on emissions, and having tried/replaced everything else, I think the exhaust may be to blame.

So I am hoping someone can get it up on a ramp and actually do some sort of physical test. I suspect the hole we are looking for is pin size!

thanks in advance.

Based on last years figures, it's high CO. But cannot remember the exact figure. Not much higher 0.3-0.5 area.

Test Two:
