ok guy 2 very good friends have come up with a way to help raise some money for simons chosen charity so with the help of straightlines please take a look hear https://www.facebook.com/Jgmmemorial...ation=timeline for all the details you need it doesn't matter if you have a 1000bhp impreza or a 100hp impreza its all for a good cause and im memory of a great man please share the page with all your facebook book friends far and wide so we can make this a day to remember thanks dave
ok for those that don't have facebook
Ok myself and Clive are arranging this event in memory of simon and to raise money for the melanoma charity. At the moment we have a date where we can use elvington. It's Friday the 15th may, reason for the Friday is all other weekends are taken at elvington and Trevor duckworth of straight liners has offered us a great deal and also to run the event. Firstly we need to see how many would be interested in attending on this date. There will be a handling circuit with a trophy for 1-3rd place overall, and also we would run the 1/4 mile like Santa pod do with a trophy for first place in each batch. ie: closest to a 12 second 1/4 and closest to a 11 second 1/4 and so on. If this is feasible and we can make a sizeable donation then we will crack on and make this happen. All profits from the event will go straight to the charity also we maybe having T shirts made for sale on a order only basis. Please share your views and also share this page as much as possible to get the word out and make this event happen in memory of a great man.
Many thanks Rob and Clive
syvecs are also sponsoring this event so this means that more money can be donated to try and help others

Right everyone. Tickets are.
£70 per competitor this gets entry for yourself only.
£10 for all spectators.
These prices are low due to the amazing deal we have been able to get via straightliners on the site and there help. Without this help the event would have cost a lot more, so a massive thanks to them. Tickets can be bought via the straightliners web link below.

Yeah, I was just bring silly (I don't say )
Feel bad actually, as the subject is far from funny... Still can't believe he's never gonna be around anymore. Just like Rik Mayall isn't.

41 places left guys, come on if not already booked then please do so. Will be a great day making money for a great charity, seeing the best Subarus in the country and paying our respects to Simon.
