I've read a couple of threads over the past few weeks or so about members having issues with traders and the courier service they use so I thought I'd post up my experience of both over the Xmas holidays.

Firstly many thanks to Matty at MB Developments, I've used him for a couple years and always found him a top guy to deal with, very efficient and parts I receive have always been of good quality. However like all traders on here their reputation is judged on how they deal with an issue like an order not being delivered like what happened to me over the Xmas period. After a quick pm and with Matty not being able to get an answer from the courier a replacement item was sent out after Xmas and it arrived on the 29th.

And secondly Apex Performance, rang them yesterday to order a few parts for some work I need to do on a set of BC coilovers. Unfortunately I didn't catch the lady's name I dealt with but what I can say she was very helpful, gave some good advice on the work I need to carry out and the parts arrived this morning with Parcel Force

 

Agree that Matty is a top man. Even answers his phone and gives good advice on his days off ;D See you on Friday.

Agree wholeheartedly. Being based overseas it is even more important for me to be able to totally trust a vendor and I've got nothing but good things to say about my dealings with Matty.

 

Picked up some bits from Matty today and his workshop looks so much better now. It is a lot bigger and he also has a proper race prep area. Seemed to have lots going on! Think 2015 will be a big year for his company.

 

I went down to collect a jdm 6speed months back. Saw mattys, fuds and Craig's cars, all built to a great standard with loads of very trick, bespoke one off parts on. I think your right 2015 will be a good year for them, met em at the sprints, great bunch of lads
