I've seen the rears advertised up to £250 recently, even without discs and pads.

About bang on Id say. However your 114 discs will not apeal to most, so knock another £50 off for a swift sale.

That's the problem I'm dealing with as not a lot of people upgrade to 5x114 hubs unless they have a fair amount to spend

Suppose the discs could be drilled to suit 5x100 sure any brake specialist would be able to do that as pf has both patterns on their bells

Ebay has a few for sale and they can go for upto £800 a set, even scabby looking.
If they are in good condition and the paint is chip free and fresh I would say go for it and get as much as you can.

I paid £650 for mine back in 2006 (I was one of the first, maybe the 2nd to fit them and possibly the only one running a 290mm rear disk and standard handbrake setup).
Mine were off a delivery miles 'only' car being prepared for rally.

The price has gone up a bit since then due to the popularity of the Classic and Newage WRX conversion.

I think I paid £600 for the 4 calipers, discs and pads including some used lines but I then opted for new discs, pads, fluid and braided lines from godspeed. My calipers were grubby and needed 2 or 3 helicoils as well.

Cheers for the info guys as I've said discs have only covered about 1500 miles and are in cracking nick

Will also come with good ridge braided lines which have done 500 miles max
