56 plate Outback SE manual with the 2.5 petrol engine.
The van is going; kind of "done" that (we also couldn't think where to go with it this year) once a paint corrosion issue is sorted and doing a bit of cheap motoring for a bit. It's also been bloody unreliable and I'm dying to go to 100% non diesel.
It was a proper bargain and seems to be pretty comfortable (massive sunroof, leather, etc).
I'm already enjoying not bricking myself every time a van/tractor/lorry tries to squeeze past on our country lanes.
Fingers crossed for it all working out okay.

Only took one snap outside Halfords (I bought a satnav thing for it).
It's a bit middle aged in appearance but it's a nice place to be - very light and airy.
The idea is to get an all weather hack that we don't wince when driving around our cr4p lanes full of goons that can't drive. Something we can also pile some miles on without worrying - done rather a lot of miles in the M135i this year! The BM is staying for now.

The BMW forums are unsurprisingly ruined by complete muppets who worry far more about spec than engines and act like tools.
It's funny, the smarter the car, the worse the owners often are; totally stuck up their own *****.
The VW California lot are okay but mostly a bit...errrrmmm... Old.

The missus learned to drive in a WRX wagon, we nearly bought a Forester XT and a WR1. And there are a few good people on here.

Everything about his car and what he thinks of it, you only have to look at the other forums he's been on with his other username, think it's 335d or something to see how fed up people are with him
