Opinions on genuine spec c roof vent
What are your thoughts
Look good ?
Devalue the car ?

Excellent idea, Money you won't get back when you come to sell but always a nice addition...shouldn't devalue the car but saying it would come down to what model is it...factory fitted FTW

Love them think they look the part hope to have one fitted to my bug it the future, if all genuine parts used and fitted properly can't see it devaluing any scoob.

Well this is my car that I will be fitting it to if I decide to go ahead, I've bought the roof vent just a very nervous decision lol

A Whte JDM Hawk, very nice...I would it would finish it off IMO , Ive got a red one

my own personal opinion
it would devalue the car, for me anyway
I would just see it as a hole in the roof where there was not one when it left the factory

I thnk they should only be fitted to cars that actually has them as standard ( my opinion )

They look ok when open , but I think cutting the roof 2 be in ( da club) is a bit OTT

I like them but I think they're a bit on the expensive side for what they are, which is probably a good thing for those that have them otherwise they'd be like dog **** on every Impreza you see.
I think there is a certain amount of chav aspect to fitting them on a car that didn't come with one, but I can also see why someone who is on track a lot wearing a helmet would want one as opposed to opening a window or switching the air con on, but then again it's not as if they are really racing drivers is it,
but I suppose it goes someway towards helping some "Live the dream"

It's a gimmick in my opinion, but a fun one.
They are very much in the character of a car like a Spec C.

I tried to buy the plate years ago but could`nt as it was the one the car was reigstered on and cant be removed!
