A Pal of mine had tein on WRX bugeye and they were not the best, very bouncy as I recall. They were new but it could of been that they were not set up properly I don't know but they made the Subaru 'bounce' twice as bad.

Smooth roads they are fine, potholed and rough roads like most of the UK, like being dragged in a tin bath.

I binned them within a week.

Some people just have this strange idea that coilovers are nice and comfy and relaxing.
Stick to stock suspension if thats what you want.
Infact maybe stick to a different car, like a hyundai i20, or a kia ceed

Pretty sure one of the GOOD poInts of changing any car for coilover suspension is that they are hard / stiff.
So why anyone would put coilovers on their car then complain the ride is too hard is beyond me.
Simple answer really, dont put coilovers on !

A proper set of coilovers can be adjusted well enough to have comfortable driving capabilities for the street, and then nice and stiff for the track. Unfortunately, most only have experience of budget coilovers, and in terms of suspension, they are pretty pants.

Standard suspension is good, but can be 'wallowy', JDM standard spec suspension is a step up
