afterburner vortex
I purchased myself a car back ninja II for my blobeye around 2 months ago but whilst it sounds great on idle it has literally no sound when driving around normally.
I'm now interested in the afterburner vortex, does anyone with a new age have this exhaust they could upload videos/pictures and give me feedback what its like?
I had a Blitz Nur spec before and that was beyond too loud! It also was more noise than a nice deep rumble which is what I'm looking for.
Thanks

Ooo that does look good - on scoobyworld they have a "straight exit" option and a normal option, which is yours?
I was planning to keep the 2.5" cat that I got with the Ninja II and just get the backbox.

Slight edit sorry - I actually meant I was interested in the Afterburner Vortex not Raptor, but not really sure if there is a huge difference?

mine was the angled Exit Afterburner Vortex...
angled exit has a better flow apparently

OK great, reading between the vortex and raptor it appears the raptor gives a deeper tone but is a 5" exit which in my opinion is a bit OTT and requires the bumper to be cut slightly.
I think the Vortex might be a solid option.
Does yours give a nice rumble when driving around at 30mph for example? this is where mine is almost deadly silent!

The bumper doesnt need cutting with the raptor?
If you have a diffuser you may need to trim that.

Can you take a pic of it on the car for me please? Would you say its got a good deep rumble when cruising around 30mph for example?

Youtube you say? What a brilliant idea, if only I've thought of that.
Oh wait, I did and have viewed them. But its YouTube and people put the camera halfway in the exhaust and the sound quality is terrible.
What's the harm in me requesting a new video?

i will post 1 deffo, from what i heard the raptor would have been silly loud with a decat non res. I went with the vortex as i wanted it loud but not stupid loud. If its not loud enough il just sell it and but the raptor lol

Thank you everyone that isn't being a moody bitch like trinty. I'd suggest putting your tampon back in.

It'll be good to see what your views are when you have it fitted, especially when just pottering around town for example.
