I've noticed that pretty much anything and everything gets posted in the General Forum with people saying things like "I know this is the wrong forum but nobody reads the other ones etc etc" (guilty of it myself!). The moderators then have to move the threads to the correct fora.

Would it be possible to have a page that showed, for example, the 5 most recently active threads on the more popular fora with a smaller number of the less popular ones? This would mean that more people would get to see more questions, sales, meets, wants etc etc from one page rather than checking each forum to see what was new.
The page wouldn't be a forum per se, more of a navigational page that people could bookmark as their entry page to Scoobynet.
I don't know if the UBB software would support such a page but I think it would be quite a handy page to have if it did.

Thoughts?

PS. nice to meet y'all at the Swindon meet today - what an excellent route (apart from the "wing mirror showers!")
