Hi there
Not sure, but I would have look on if you don't have any air leaks, this is my first point where I would have look
Second bit is IACV which can be sticky
Third bit,can you check if yours MAP sensor is OK and do you have any error reader?
I would suspect you will need something like Free SSM with cheap USB->OBD cable with which you can check bit more than with any code reader or with Torque app
Few other bits which is worth to check,I would check CTS sensor which can cause those issues and O2 sensor yes can cause this, but still I would check above bits and then I would have look too on injectors if they're not leaking, maybe seal is not sealing correctly etc and last bit probably I would have look on fuel pump
Hope this helps, but still think this can be CTS sensor or MAP sensor or air leak,I don't think yours O2 sensor is knackered, usually if you remove O2 sensor will be black
Thanks,Jura

when it goes on boost it leans right out and asked peter to lift before damage has occured
the lambda is showing 17:1 and higher and when stuttering defo showing lean on monitor
looks like lack of fuel either fuel pump is weak or wrong sock put on pump or fuel pump controller u/s but not throwing the fault code p1230 for fuel pump controller
worst case fpr is goosed

Hi there
If its leaning then I would suspect fuel pump and NeilXR posted error code(CEL) P1320 which means Fuel pump controller which can be simple like wiring or can be the pump itself
If you do have in car fuel pressure gauge, you can use too normal Oil pressure gauge too, then I would check at lest fuel pressure if its not leaning,I know we have simialr issue not on Subaru though but on EP3 with turbo, when we applied throttle beyond 4k RPM car started to splutter like mad and we are been not sure what can cause this,at the end we are check'd fuel lines inside the tank and they're been perished, replaced hoses and after few k miles we are got same issue,at the end we are took out whole assembly and check'd again fuel pump etc and we are found fuel pump sock has been in pretty bad condition
Please if you do have friend who can borrow you for testing fuel pump which you know will be in good nick and try this,if does will be doing same please have look on this
Hope this helps
Thanks,Jura

there were no active codes or old codes stored in the ecu
when it was going lean and stuttering/holding back there was no fault codes at all, very light throttle was fine any more than that it was going lean and on boost was going dangerously lean at .8bar boost
