Evening all,
On Friday I purchased my first Subaru Impreza STi. To say I'm over the moon with is an understatement! Some of you may recognise this one already... It was previously owned by Jay (aka Peter Pan)
I approached him over PM after receiving word he was selling his 03 blob.
In short I am so pleased with the car and it drives and performes like a dream. Jay really knows his stuff and is a TOP bloke! I'll treat this car with the upmost respect! Here is few snapshots I took myself...

Yeah I wasn't too keen on the skirts and rear spats when looking at photos before I bought it, but as soon as I saw the car in the flesh I instantly liked them. Finishes the car off nicely with its wide stance.

They are Nankang NSR's. Great grip on them, especially in the dry. The previous owner had them fitted and said they had the best reviews everywhere.

Hi Aiden, great to hear your happy with the car and I was really sad to see her leave my ownership. On the plus side you've got yourself a well sorted car with some very nice parts on it indeed.
Personally after getting back in my STI classic I can say I much prefer the car you've bought. I wish you well and above all enjoy her. If you ever need any additional advice or info about the car then please feel free to contact me.
Cheers
Jay

The drive home on Friday was brilliant. So pleased with her. I'm well over the moon. You've done an amazing job on the car and I will maintain that standard. I hope you didn't shed a tear when she left😉
Thanks mate, I appreciate the offer and I will be in touch if and whenever I need any help or advice👍🏻

You have bought a good car from the right owner, rest assured. this car was treated well and looked after, also maintained without compromise. something you can only get from an enthusiast these days
Lovely looking Blob with the right mods

Well I must admit it was a strange feeling to see someone else driving the car when you followed us down to Abergavenny A big part of me felt like I'd made a mistake but I'd made up my mind it was time for a change and to let her go to a new owner that would enjoy it and I've still got the V3 STI so I'm not leaving Subaru ownership completely
Enjoy your V3 Jay. I know you said at the moment you'll never part ways with the V3 and you shouldn't. That's a great looking car for its age!

I must admit that after speaking with Jay, I was confident buying from him. I had been looking solid for about 3 weeks to find the right one. You're right though, it's been cared for so well and all the money has been spent in the right places with great mods. She runs like a dream!
