As above if you have the chance to check out some other members cars that will give you a good idea to compare. Also if buying a fresh import try and get the auction sheet to see grade mark which should also tell you if its ever had any accident damage / mileage tampered etc..etc..
White blobs JDM look the part however me personally I would pay a little extra (seen them up at £9-£10k albeit not white) and get a JDM WideTrack blobeye which is what I will be doing once I sort and sell my typeR ....
Goodluck.

Agree, always look at the original auction sheet where possible. Also check through the paper work and look at the 'Zen Performance' 'Health Check ' paperwork to see exactly what that includes? White widetracks are the ones to go for. Remember that being a fresh import it will need mapping, undersealing, service, belts, maybe brakes etc... Plus if you're mapping it's always nice to add a few bits to make the map worth while
ensure you factor all of that into the car. I'd also get an insurance quote to ensure that you are able to insure it. Try Keith Michaels or similar.
Looks a nice car though and Hurst are very good.
