Hi all, possibly going to view a few blobeye STi's this week, just wondering if there was a buyers guide or if anyone could possibly give me some pointers.......is the PPP version worth finding when buying? Is there any real issues to consider with this particular model/year? should I be concerned by higher mileage cars or are they ok providing the service history is there? (I would expect an 11 year old car to have done a few miles tbh) Looking to spend 7-8k, seems to be plenty available in this price region, any advice welcome

Yes. I think you are doing the right thing asking for advice, there are some very knowledgeable people regarding Subaru on here. I'm not one of them but even with my limited knowledge I've learnt being around this forum for a bit that the common concensous is that the JDM car is better in Many ways.

I can't give you advice what to look for, but I was in the same position few weeks ago when I was looking for my first impreza, initialy I wanted STI type uk, but aftre spending some time in here and reading many posts I decided to get JDM and I'll be picking my car up probaly in next week
so try to get yourself JDM
