Not nessesray avoid I would say, they have nice cars that they buy from enthiasts etc.
If you have the money to spend and are happy to spend even if it is a tad high then that's your choice.
But, don't ever go back if you have a problem etc, do your own work on checking car over to make sure you're happy etc and everything is spot on and treat the sale as a private sale.
Buy at your own risk and drive away never to go back again.

Hurst cars get's a good reputation on here, I'd go to them.
As for Cheshire 'Performance', I've never dealt with them however you only have to use the search bar at the top of the page to read about some horror stories...

Like someone already mentioned, Cheshire Performance buy cars from enthusiasts so its not the cars fault, but like most used cars they sometimes have problems, and this is where Cheshire Performance have a bad reputation, as soon as you drive away and you have a problem they will try to avoid you and not try to help at all, which as a buyer you buy from a dealer for peace of mind and warranty etc.
You wouldn't mind the £3k they put on top of the price of the cars they buy if they where prepared to help/fix problems and had some better customer service!!

i got mine from hurst cars. max goes to japan to source the cars himself, to keep costs down. best bet is try to phone him. i found him helpful, fairly honest bout anything thats not 100% on the car. if its an import your after be patient. i read up on cheshire and hurst and hurst had a decent rep so went with them.
