Hi, I just bought my first Subaru last Saturday. A silver 2004 blobeye WRX wagon. I am going round the car getting things the way I want them and the next thing on my list is the wheels.

They are standard 17" wheels and are a champagne colour. Is this a standard factory colour or have they been changed at some point?

Anyway, they are in need of a refurb and I would like to get them powdercoated. Can anybody recommend a place in or near Glasgow that does a good job at a reasonable price?

I've just booked mine in with Wheel Wizards in Hamilton. Very good price and good quality from what I can see on their site. Will let you know exactly how good when I get them on Monday!

 

Let us know how you get on. I have found a new company who are doing 4 wheels of any size for £128. They are very busy as expected but I am taking my wheels there next weekend so will report back.
