OK folks, the brand new Scoobysport website is almost ready for release, and I will be posting the URL's up later on. (Just have to watch the England game first )
Currently in testing, and have been all day but will need everyone's help and feedback later on when version 1 is released.
Keep em peeled.

LOL
Just doing final testing - anyone who works in web design will know what I mean when I say Netscape is a big bag of pants
Nearly there though, then you can all get to work

Right, there you go guys. New site has been uploaded and is ready for testing by everyone here.
We may have some initial teething problems due to the complexity of the site so dont be too surprised if there are any mishaps, or technical problems (but do tell me what they were).
What I need from everyone is to visit the site and give me your feedback on:
1. Design
2. Content
3. Look and feel
4. Ease of use
5. Speed
Bearing in mind that we cant make too many design changes at this time, but we can improve the content, speed etc.
Feel free to either post your opinions here, or email me to scoobysport@kreature.co.uk
www.scoobysport.co.uk
Thanks

dreamweaver,
Just been to the sight and its good, very good. Nice layout, like the black background and the strategically placed muted photos. Good job.
Question that comes to mind is this: what took you so long to build it then (joking matey)?!!
Regards

I've got a content suggestion. As you've bothered to put a sound clip of the SS exhaust on there at idle, how about one where the car drives off at full bore and another from inside the car whilst doing the same full bore blast off?
I think it'd give people a better idea....

Looking good DW.
Couple of suggestions:
First one (bit picky this I know), but on the home page, you have to scroll down a few inches to see the bottom of the page - is it possible to have the home page fitting into one screen? It's a small thing, but I think it can detract from the overall design. When you've got loads of info, then fair enough. It's something we get picked up on by customer's for who we design sites for - it's seems to be one of their pet hates!
Second: Expand the gallery to include customer cars? Good advertising for Pete and shows potential customers what can be achieved.
Overall the design and feel of the site is a big step forward
Chris

Is it Scoobysport policy to get other peeps to do all their new product development testing? Only joking
Some products not illustrated. Some illustrated products not priced. Eg Prices button for Tuning kit brings up Styling.
Tone of the text is a bit overblown. I know it's mostly lifted over from the old site but we already know Scoobysport is wonderful A bit more info and a little less hype?
Purely constructive criticism. One of the best Scooby sites for sure
Best regards,
Richard.

I remember thinking that the black background was a good base. Looks mean, mate. I like it. Haven't used it yet, but first impressions (all important in retail) are GOOD.
Best of luck and when are you guys going to let me know when my Group N braided lines are in, eh?
Maz.
