2 door disc/pad combinations

2 door disc/pad combinations
I currently have brembo fronts and 2 pot rears on my type r
Fronts have drilled/grooved discs and carbon lorraine pads, rears are basic discs/pads from icp.
The carbon lorraines bite well initially but theres no progression and under hard braking you can hear how hard theyre working. Also the brake dust from them is a LOT higher than i've seen on other pads.
All the calipers were serviced less than a year ago so I know theyre working well, and fluid has also been changed so what I'm looking for is recommendations on front and rear disc/pad combinations without changing calipers or breaking the bank.
The car is mainly used for a bit of spirited driving and I'd like to do 1 or 2 trackdays next year + 1/4 mile.

If you uprate the rears it will help a lot , at the moment with standard rears hard braking is being done by the fronts , fit some grooved rear discs and CL pads and it will make the rears do more , which makes the car more stable under hard braking as it won't nose dive so much , keeping the car braking flatter .
