I wondered if anyone used to own/has heard of a mica blue 4dr Impreza Turbo 2000 with the reg V82 PDN?

A 1999 model, it was bought in York originally. then has since had one more owner in the south. I'm looking at buying it and wondered if anyone on here knows anything about the car.
