Default Annoying creak/click coming from passenger side

I drive a 2005 blobeye and over the last few months I have had this creak/click appear which sounds like it is coming from inside the cabin.

Yesterday I stripped out the a pillars, defroster panel, glove box and door cards to do some foam treatment to stop anything that rattles or moves ( the usual suspects on scoobs) however I took it for a drive after this and the noise is still there

I cannot figure out what is causing it and its literally doing my head in now, does anyone have any suggestions?

I will get a video of it to add to this thread as soon as I can.

Ok here is the video as I mentioned…. funny how now I have recorded it, it sounds like something metallic clanging… but it doesn't seem to sound like this from the drivers position..

Any ideas?

I'll have to check that out, not sure why it would come loose though as its never been messed with. The noise seems to be coming from higher up, but I guess you never know with these kind of things.

Could be widow /window runner related.Try winding down all the windows to see if things change.

Haha I'm experiencing the exact same thing in my 03 Blob. Sounds like a rattle like I've left some washers in the door cubby. Thing is mine stops when I tap the window switch just a notch.

Very strange, ben doing it about two months now

Ok so finally had a chance to investigate this noise further, it is definitely coming from outside of the car, somewhere around the wheel well.. If you watch this video, the clicking noise that can be heard is what the noise is…

I have already had this coil over strut replaced once under warranty, so I wouldn't like too think it is that again, but does anyone have any other ideas from this?

Just a possibility, but have you had a new front ARB at some point, or previous owner?
I have a front Whiteline ARB, and that managed to carve a notch in both my front lower aluminium arms. I ground away a tiny bit each end of the ARB and it's now clear.
I'm just clutching at straws here, but could be a tension problem from the ARB or it's slightly loose perhaps. Easy to check and nip up if so, car needs to be in the air though, or at least the front end on axle stands to get the front wheels off the ground.

In the cold weather I get a creaking / squeaking sound from the front, I think my front ARB bushes need to be undone and re-greased.

Hope you get it sorted soon dude.
