WhiteLine 22B sprint series.
So a few of you guys have heard of this series, some of you have attended and to some of you, this will be the first time you have heard of it.
Last year was my first time doing anything like this and must say it's got a hold me now...
Ive met so many great people through the series, learnt a lot more about my own driving abilities and the car.
Where else do you get the chance to compete against some of the UK's top Subaru tuners? Such as RCM in the famous GobStopper. Especially at such an affordable level.
I would strongly recommend that anyone should give it a go, due to the way the rules and regulations are structured it creates a very level playing field for all.
Here's an overview to the 2016 dates and venues. You could even comedown for a look round prior to entering an event.
I'll leave you with this promo form the 2014 season, the Whiteline 22b sprint series is run in conjunction with the pace ward MLR sprint series, so you even get chance to battle it out with the evos.
Get yourself over to 22.com for more information, there's also a Whiteline 22b sprint series Facebook page.
It would be great to see some more new faces at the events in 2016

Run in s3 then mate, providing you go and enjoy yourself that's all that matters. Personally I wouldn't focus on "I'm in this class or that" unless your planning to build a car for a specific class.
The way I see it mate, it's a good chance to enjoy your car in a competitive environment. Just get booked on and see how you get on... You might surprise yourself!
I can guarantee you will really enjoy it, if your anything like me, you'll want to do more events. It's very addictive.

Plus you do somewhere near 10 -11 runs which maybe doesn't sound a lot. But your usually pretty busy between runs, either making adjustment to car, yourself, or just having the crack.
Personally never been much of a fan of track days, a competitive environment puts a whole different spin things. Especially one that's a friendly as this.

Cheers for the advert Joe. I can only back up what's been posted by Joe.
Don't be put off that it's competitive it's great fun with some great people.
Or just stay at home and polish your cars

Are fixed back seats reqd in s3?

ARe standard fixing points allowed to be used for harnesses?
And running in s3 means I need a suit etc. Which makes it prohibitively expensive 😑

J seats are free in S2 also. The only time fixed back bucket seats are mandatory is when running with a roll cage, which is understandable.
As for harness mounting points or race suit im not 100% sure, maybe one for the guys on 22b forum, I'm sure they will clarify for you.

Yes s3 requires race suites as cars are very free with modifications. Suits can be had for 2-300 if you shop around.
Fixing points are open as long as they are deemed safe

That's okay, any answers to my questions though?

Pop over to 22b and have a good read of rules/regs. Any questions will be answered there if not already covered as they have to go to a committee of three. I am just one and can't answer directly here. I am not being difficult it's a rule we have in place.

I've had a read of a lot of the information over there. Was hoping for a quick answer on harness mounting points, I didn't want to waste my time upgrading seats etc to find out the harnesses then don't comply!
Thanks

There's some amazing circuits this year be good to see some new and old faces there!
If in doubt come to a event and take a look first and see what you think and a lot of the guys are happy to do passenger runs in morning to

Great series that run very well and the lads are sound. I would recommend it and its nice to have a bit of competition to keep the blood pumping. Why pay for a trackday when it costs no more to sprint and you might win a trophy.
