Default RCM headers alternative

Just wondered what everyone else uses , I've had two sets of RCM unequal length headers on my current and past car and both have cracked at the collector ,
So what else is out there that is tried and tested with good quality to boot ???

Killer B motorsport are the only ones superior in build quality to be honest. Or inconel from a WRc car...

Most of the manifolds use the same material and same design, tomei, rcm, gt spec etc are all the same thing.

I'm sure I have seen some titainim ones somwhere, these might be better

Can't they be strengthened some way with some extra welding here and there?

Not really, been 304 stainless a turbo car exceeds to heat limits of this particular grade and causes it to go brittle.

The killer b ones are 321 stainless which is a titanium alloy. They are super expensive. But come with a life time warranty even if heatwrapped.

I had the exact same issue, 2 sets of gt specs and a set of rcm all cracked. Would have been cheaper to buy one set of killer b headers to begin with....
