Default Best place to get the headgasket done 2001' bugeye

Hi guys

I got headgasket issue on my wrx.😩😩😩😩😭😭😭
We check the co in my overflow and i have exhaust gas reading there.
The question is best price and place to take it?
Im in south east but willing to travel.

My choice would be Len Carlyon at Subaru 4 You in Newbury.
All fast roads from yours and approx. 75 miles.

Your asking for best places to get it done so it wont be cheap, depending on milage but on pulling the engine it be best to freshen the bottom end while there or risk the chance of failure some time after a top end rebuild.

Hmm yeah you right. If i get it done i wouldnt do it again, but to be honest i am thinking now what to do with it...keep it or sell it

as said above, although not a 2.5, given the milage/age full rebuild would be a good idea.

Well if i decide to keep it and get it fixed i would do the full rebuild...does it cost lot more if u do the bottom end as well?
