bugeye 2001 rex.. no boost all hoses checked . plugged in come up with throttle body sensor crank postion sensor maf sensor but they just said low and high output but turned straight off after changed maf sensor but still flat

slight exhaust leak on the upipe only due to decat gasket needs changing rev to 3000rpm stationary dumps loud and wastegate opens .. drive it and doesn't even makes a squeak .. boost to 1bar then straight down feels like a fiat panda .. only mods had Is the decat got standard td04 which blown but changed and suggestions guys .. read the neutral postion sensor could cause this how true is that ?? cheers in adavance
