Default Full engine Gasket & Seals set

I'm after a full engine & gasket set for doing a rebuild, there are loads of the cheapo sets on ebay however i don't think i'd trust their quality considering the full kits including head gaskets are less than just my 2 RCM head gaskets! As i already have the head gaskets ideally looking for a kit without them (but not a must if i don't have a choice).

Just wondering what you guys use when doing a rebuild? Do you individually order all of the OEM gaskets & seals or are there any full engine kits available? Is OEM Subaru good enough for upgraded engines or do you need better? Or do you just use the cheap kits from ebay?

Any and all advice is appreciated!

Just buy a conversion kit for the short engine and some inlet manifold gaskets and stem seals.

The conversion kit includes all the dowty seals, o rings for the pick up pipe and pump and a front and rear crank seal, the kit costs iro £60 thats all you need for the block unless you want to change the bolts too which can be had for £80 for the kit all of which are avaliable from import car parts.
