Patients is always acquired when wanting quality as I have learned from being on SN always worth the wait if you have confidence and know the mapper is going to do a good job piece of mind is priceless, arrogance is more suited to people who ignore on purpose but if busy then it can't be helped I guess...
Just my opinion and experience as I tried to get hold of Andrew Carr so many times and yes!! I got a response and waiting got a slot in his busy schedule I don't mind waiting as I know he'll sort it and it's not an emergency
yeah my mates in no rush so il keep trying him a couple times each week..hes mapped my car before and it was spot on..well worth the wait
you could go on to his website, click on contact and book a re-map that way, he will have to come back to you to confirm it but at least the message is there for him to look at when he has time. That's the way I do it.

I partially agree with some of your comments I.e if your not in a hurry etc...you don't mind waiting, but just take a minute to consider the business that your trying to contact is not savvy to that information as they have not answered your call,so in my personal opinion if you are dealing with a so called professional person/business etc...as a customer you expect a answer or at least a call back to your query in a reasonable amount of time....SJ.

me mate is toying with the idea of getting a meth map aswel so he had a few questions thats all...if he wanted the meth map would dunc map it on v power only first then drain the tank and put a 20% meth mix in it?....how would he go about it basically?

the v-power would be the base map, the meth map would be an adjustment from that. For me the meth map was done on another day but that's just the way it worked. Duncan will have done it the same day many time so he'll have the answer.

As has been mentioned he's getting married and will away from 17th June to 6th July.
As for getting back to people it's not always simply a matter of just a quick answer sometimes as one question can lead onto another and he's there for half an hour or so and when he does have plenty of messages to get through sometimes he does forget which is annoying for customers.
As said there are plenty of other mappers who can do the same job so there are always options.
Let's hope he treats his wife to be better than his customers cars,or it will never last
and this, one of life's little scenarios played out so often, let's hope Duncan does treat his wife better than the bl--dy customers cars that he works so hard for.
Bob Rawle was the quickest mapper who's worked on my car, a quick map isn't necessarily a bad map, just the guy knows what he's doing, and don't try and make out Duncan doesn't know what he's doing.

Ahh the haters will hate.
The OP asks a simple question about availability and it turns into an slagging thread yet again.
Where did he ask for anyone's opinion?
