Saw this car on ebay no badges on the wings or boot , no ltd number plaque was not willing to give vin details to potential buyers as this was messing about, makes you wonder if its kosher or not , also says looks amazing but the interior is well foooked.
A lot of ltd Imprezas seem to be appearing for sale without any verification and also bits the model should have missing !!
Be careful out there and get total proof of the model you are chasing

Terzo and Catalunya are about the least desirable ltd editions out there based on being tarted up uk2000's. I dont think I've ever seen a post where someone says their must have car is a Terzo so I wouldnt lose any sleep over wether its legit or not.

Im not mate ,and i agree with what you say about these uk ltd runs the ony uk classic thats highly collectable is the P1.
Im running a Nov 1992 wrx from the first months run which does me just fine, i posted it to warn people that this car and others like it may not be what they seem , the best one i saw a couple of month back was a tommy kaira with no tommy kaira body kit at all and another seller who refused to post a vin plate pic !!
