Default Need bigger,jdm legacy estate?

Could really do with bigger car for teenagers long legs and baby seats!don't ask.ha ha.
Thought about selling the wrx wagon for a bmw E60 530i.
Then remembered the legacy estate.what differences can I expect.
My blob wagon is 300 bhp on larger wheel td04.
I really like the low spool up and torque as I drive in lots of traffic.
Are the 05/06 model jdm legacys worth the 7 to 9 grand there commanding?

Mine cost £7995 in May 16 but the prices are going up all the time, the 6 speed cars with SI-Drive are getting toward £10k.

I had mine remapped recently and it achieved 319/327 with just a Cosworth panel filter. But playing the ECO mode green light challenge got me 361 miles before the yellow fuel light popped up.
The car is a real stealth mobile, with the Bilsteins, twinscroll and extra space it makes a great gentlemans express.

Next time I get an urge for a new car, those jdm legacy models are definitely on the shortlist. All the good bits from an impreza plus more room and a bit more luxury. The 3.0 B spec R is also worth a look.

Ok I've been looking and I think if I get one it will be black, not sure on white cars or are the subarus pearlescent?
Also had a little look into the import auction sites but there's so many I could easily get my fingers burnt.
What's people's opinions on importing themselves?
Also what about parts for the jdm legacy are they like hens teeth?

Apart from the engine most parts are the same as the UK Spec B. The JDM cars do get a better spec and higher BHP as standard. Mine made 319/327 with just a Cosworth Panel Filter.

UKLegacy is a great site and there are always cars breaking for spares. ICP and AS Performance are great part sites.

Wouldn't get an auto,it's still just a glint in my eye.
I would need to sell my wagon and I'm a little attached to it after doing
The cambelt and waterpump and front cam seal.
A recon gearbox.
A new clutch.
Full service with full synthetic oil, fuel filter, spark plugs and simota filter.
New td04 bigger wheel turbo.
Full milltek decat.
Remap.
Various other gaskets costing a small fortune.
So I really think I should get a bit of use out of it.
I bought it on 92k and still only on 95k.
Don't know about anyone else but as I'm getting older I also just can't seem to be bothered to sell my cars,it just seems a hassle.
Last time I actually bought a third car which in turn forced me to sell the other one.ha ha.
What to do?
