Why can't I advertise my car in the forsale section?

Why can't I advertise my car in the forsale section?
I'm sure when I renewed my membership I paid, is the selling cars section different to selling parts?
I'm having to sell my legacy and was going to offer it on here first but it won't allow me to create the advert.....

Yeah I've tried twice but it keeps saying I'm not logged in or don't have privileges....
I have just done an update on this iPad though and I'm not staying logged into the forum for long.........I hate new techy stuff lol.
