Default What's my exhaust worth?

Hi guys

I have a turbo back stainless steel exhaust fitted to my JDM Impreza STI hatch.
The car came with a mint standard setup. Anyone know roughly what it's worth?

A little bit of research and finding the original prices from Subaru looks like its worth a fortune. But...... Trying to find someone who wants a twin scroll OEM exhaust is another thing.

Isn't it the same exhaust as any other STI hatch from the cat back?

I think so, based on this:

http://www.milltekexhaust.co.uk/Mill..._20_47_213.jsp

All the parts fit both 2.0 and 2.5 except the downpipe.

I'm not sure what the standard parts are worth, but interested to know how much your H&S system was and results after mapping

Full turbo back H&S system with 3" pipe and sports cat was a shade over £1500 buddy.
Car is being mapped next week.

I wouldn't imagine there's a very large market for OEM twin scroll exhausts, unfortunately, Top branded aftermarket systems (H+S, RCM, Milltek) go for £300-400 used, so I reckon stick it up for £200 and go from there.

it runs the same centre section and backbox fitment....only difference between UK & JDM is the downpipe

Your downpipe is probably worth the most for hatch owners looking to convert to a twinscroll setup as i say theyd be pretty few & far between!

As far as I can tell the Spec C comes with "ST" part numbers for the cat back system.

ST44200ZR000 and ST44300ZR020

compared with

44200FG180 and 44300FG450 for the standard JDM WRX STI hatch

In that case I may be interested PT82. Pictures and diameters for the cat back would be great when you can

So a no then as JDM twinscroll downpipes do not fit UK cars, the OPs car is JDM..

UK car has same muffler as standard JDM, but different rear (centre) pipe (probably different resonator/expansion box as is the norm)
