No idea what it does, but it sounds like a 'must have' - go well with the broquets 😀

'The Sprint booster is also known as gas pedal tuning. In addition it offers further opportunities.
Every sporting driver knows the hole during the acceleration caused by the changeover from gas train on the electronic gas pedal cars. Other disadvantages of conversion are also the engine response acceleration behavior such as when driving on slopes turning and overtaking. And right there the SprintBooster is used!'

What is Sprint Booster?
Short answer is it is a Plug-n-Play Performance Upgrade that brings a new exhilaration to your driving experience. The longer answer is Sprint Booster reprograms the acceleration signals in your stock ECU, your car will immediately feel faster and accelerate quicker - we guarantee.
Perhaps that's why Sprint Booster has fans around the world and why we are constantly adding hundreds of thousands of users to our list of satisfied customers every year.

How Sprint Booster Actually Works
Most cars these days have replaced the more conventional throttle cable for an ECM (Electronic Control Module.) What this ECM does is, it translates how hard you push on the pedal into electronic signals which then tells the ETC (Electronic Throttle Control) how much power to provide to the wheels. This is also known as a Drive-By-Wire throttle system and has the disappointing downside of a delayed response and acceleration...

"But with a Sprint Booster module installed, you'll have the ability to Override the ECM drive-by-wire
and replace it with crisp, On-tap acceleration whenever you need it. No more delayed response."

Simple Plug-n-Play Installation
The design of the Sprint Booster allows for its easy plug-n-play installation in most cars without the need to cut any wires. And it will not interfere with your automobile's electronics (electronic injection, ABS, etc.) or other performance modifications you may have made to your vehicle.

And Now Sprint Booster Has Been Improved
Sprint Booster V3 offers users more options, more enhancements including:
• 3 Acceleration modes (Off, Sport and Racing)
• 36 Acceleration programs (18 manual & 18 automatic transmissions).
• Pedal lock mode.
• Valet mode.
• Ultra compact size / New Design.
• And of course, Plug n Play installation.

See the Results Right Away!

The moment you plug in your Sprint Booster Power Converter, you'll experience an Improvement and responsiveness to the touch of your accelerator.
• At low revs, the engine responds at approximately half the time in comparison to before.
• Time delay is almost zero when accelerating in 3rd & 4th gear and when the engine is mid-range.
• Big differences in the higher rev range.
• A noticeably improved response for downshifts and safer overtaking. Resulting in safer passing.
• Overall safety... And more fun on the road!

I think its essentially like one half of a dtuk tuning chip thats used on diesels to improve throttle response.

I've heard BMW drivers use these on the auto box versions of there cars to improve throttle response, never tried though.

I can't see how this would possibly be a performance enhancement!? It gives you what.. microseconds quicker throttle response???
