Default Mot history check

So i was looking at history for one car but it only went back 3 years too 2016, but the car is 2008.

Is this normal, normally i found they got back further than last 3 years?

Any help would be great thanks

Could it be a write off? Makes sense that if a car has been written off then put back on the road the history will be reset to 0 perhaps

First MOT will be when it went through its check when imported. Assuming it was imported in 2008?

What type of car is it? Perhaps it's come from Ireland and that's the reason.
