Default 2002 WRX STi Prodrive Valuation

So I have a 2002 WRX STi Prodrive that I have owned from new, its done 107,000 has a full Subaru service history and recently past its MOT, its also totally unmodified. What should I expect its worth as I have recently been told by a garage that specializes in Subaru's I should be looking at the 17k mark but took that with a pinch of salt.

Should have told them to get their chequebook out for 13k leaving them plenty of profit if they think its a 17k car.

I took £7k over 2years ago for mine with 54k Miles

I value my jdm widetrack at £14k with 43kmiles and all bits on including the memorabilia I’ve collected including 2 gear ***** worth over £800
its been imported to the uk since brand new not fresh import verified by jap vx report guaranteed you won’t find such example in the country

so £17k is certainly a good price indeed

I assume we're talking about something other than an sti with ppp/prodrive style here?

JDM Prodrive Style or UK STi with PPP?
The pinch of salt could probably do your drive when it snows.
Oh and tell the specialist garage to keep off the funny stuff.

It's a type Uk, does not have a PPP, I am thinking kind of 7 to 8k just wanted to check in case I was sitting on a gold mine!

Been offered 22k for mine by a guy local to me. He drives amongst other cars a Porsche GT3 and a Vanguish. However I believe the problem for your specialist and my guy is possibly the same. He was rip roaring drunk! They are routinely being sold for over 9k by dealers, some going into double figures (just). It will be years yet before they start selling at 17k but they will eventually is my reckoning.

No not gold mine....

Your sitting on the village bicycle with a ticking time bomb strapped to it at 107k miles

maybe if it had 50/60k miles on it with full history and mint it maybe worth £8k

I would start at 9K and see if you get any interest. You can always come down later.

Prodrive bugs, in some circles, are more desirable than blobs - a black Prodrive with white wheels and kawasaki green brake calipers is something I've thought about for ages.

The fact you've owned it since new and has full Subaru history will stand it higher than a similar car with sketchy history and passed round more times than a cheap *****.

I got this Bugeye Prodrive Sti as a daily when my mate got bored of it and wanted rid,

Keeps the miles off my Blobeye & tbh as it pretty much stock is alot more friendly day to day,

It's on its 2nd engine @ 119k

Now at 125k

UK Prodrive on ebay right now for £6995 with only 85k miles, but a quick look at the mot history suggests the usual rot has set in.

It would be nothing short of miracle if yours is rot free at 107k miles

You'd be doing very well to get £6k for it imo... but there again given the number of gullible mugs and paupers with easy access to cheap loans, you never know.
