Hi - I have a 1997 Import Impreza Turbo and am searching for a downpipe with CAT - mine has rusted/broken at the flange where it joins the centre section and no-one seems willing to weld it up. The middle cat has already been removed so have to keep at least this one in - can anyone help with one please. Thanks

 

 

 

 

Hi - it certainly looks as though its the right fitment. We bought one for £75 but it turned out to be from a UK car and didn`t fit (but have hopefully sold it to someone else now). Is somewhere around that figure OK for you? we can add on a cost for postage unless you`re somewhere near Bristol/Bath area.

 

Shouldn't matter UK or import what was the difference

 

The UK spec downpipe is in 2 pieces and has 2 CATs on it - I didn`t realise they were different until I`d already bought the wrong one!!

 

It's not Boss the only difference on the earlier cars was the lambda placement. The actual downpipe to where the exhaust is bolted to a stay on the gearbox is identical. Someone must of been messing.
