No chance. It was the first time a public road has been shut for motorsport, and took 5 years to clear with just about everyone bar NASA. Marshalling was tight, as it should be, but spectator points were poor, except at the start and first bend, where the bars and cafes are, and spectating was free. The cars were largely invisible because they hugged the inside bank on the cliff road, with spectators above in the field, but I`m sure this will be solved by the next one, with some stands.
